Good Evening ,
I had placed an order of a 3D miniature via whatapp as their site was giving errors. Part payment was taken of ₹3850/ on 9th June 2023 and delivery committed was 17th June 2023. I had reconfirmed about delivery as they are situated in MP as told by them. I was asked to pay the renaming amount as they wanted to complete and ship the order , again a payment of ₹3850/ was made.
They have delayed the order and they do not respond the given number on their website and WhatsApp. The order was for Father’s Day and I did not receive it , Finally I got my order today almost 15 days late and very shoddy work done:
1) 15 days late.
2) Poor communication.
3) Full amount ( money ) taken.
4) The order sent is completely different from what picture I had sent.
5) The order has only the same colour of clothing , all 3 persons images are entirely different altogether.
6) The 3D miniature is of very poor quality, it has cracks , the color is patchy and flakes of the pieces are falling out.
7) I need a complete refund of the amount I have paid ₹ 7700/ as I feel cheated, troubled and harassed.
8) I have spoken to them finally after 40 phone calls but they just said msg us and cut the call.
This is complete forgery I cannot keep or accept a damaged piece and completely different looking individuals images considering ours at our house .This is unacceptable.
