Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered my father's 3d status in the portal of 3dstatue.in for Rs. 5400 (Rs. 2000 paid at the time of order placing and Rs. 3400 at the time of proof). I contacted them on Sep 4th 2023 and ordered the same day by paying Rs. 2000 to the mobile number [Protected].

They have made a commitment to provide me proof by Sep 11th or 12th 2023. Even after several reminders no 3d statue proof was provided me. I requested them that I have my fathers 30th year ceremony to celebrate with this statue. But all my requests are in vain. Finally on Sep 22nd they showed me the statue image on whatsapp. It was completely different. I suggested few changes. They told that they will make the changes.

Also asked me to pay the balance of Rs. 3400 so that they will move forward with the printing. I paid the balance on Sep 22nd, 2023 and requested to do the changes asap as I need the statue by Oct 1st week.

They have completely failed to provide it by Oct 5th, 2023. They gave the Dhelivery Courier service tracking number [Protected]on Oct 13th, 2023. It was already late. When I checked to track this courier number on the Dhelivery portal, it was showing "Pickup pending" for Oct 13th to 16th 2023 as of today.

I have spent my valuable time with these guys but no progress. I can not celebrate my fathers 30th year ceremony (on the Dusserah day) with this statue.

I want to file a complain against 3dstatue.in to get my money refuned along with the compensation of my time and effort.
