The guy who came to collect blood sample had no idea how to take the blood. He put the needle too deep in my arm. I had too much of internal bleeding and my arm is still paining, been more than a week now. Their own doctor said that I need physical consultation, but the lady assigned to my case (Sone Patwa) said it is not an issue.

Even after 10 days of pain she didn't care. No action was taken. The clot continued to increase, I told her that the doctor from her firm only said I need to get physical consultation and asked them to pay for all the doctor fee, since then she is not replying to any of my text.

I dropped a lot of email but I don't Have any response from them. I paid for the doctor consultation out of my pocket.
