Healthians.com: Incompetent staff and ignorant

I booked a full.body check up from healthians. The guy who came to collect the blood sample didn't have proper training and experience. He put the needle too deep in my arm to draw blood. The same day in the evening I noticed the area from where the blood was drawn got blue and by next day the blueness increased.

I immediately raised a complaint about this on their website. And it was dealt with they provided me a gel to apply and do icing. I received the gel and applied on the affected area. But by this time my entire arm from shoulder to my fingers was paining very badly that I wasn't even able to sleep in night.

I contacted their team again and explained that my arm is hurting very badly. Then they assigned a woman named Sone Patawa to my case. She called me and said apply the gel and do icing it will be fine. I told her that I understand.

If the area from where the blood was taken, pains, but why is my entire arm paining, that menas the guy who took blood injured some nerve or another vein. I told her I might need to go and consult a doctor and get a physical condition so he can access the situation properly, and I would like for their team to pay for it. She said she will discuss it with her team and also said the doctor will tell you the same thing which I am.

Then next day a doctor named Dr. Deepak Parashar from their office called me and I told him that my arm have been paining for entire week he said I need to get physical consultation.

I communicated same to Sone Patawa, but she kept on insisting that I don't need any physical consultation for the pain just so they don't have to pay for it.

Then I called her again I told her that I'm going to visit the doctor and I need her to figure out the payment part as it is their fault.

Since then she hasn't gotten back to me. The doctor I consulted said that the guy dig the ne dle too deep in my arm while taking the same. She gave me some pain killers which do the job when I'm on them. But as the medicine wears off the pain comes back. I might need to get a scan of the arm to see what damage is done as the needle went too deep.

But Sone Patawa has not been responding ever since. I even reached out via email to the CEO/ Founder of the company Deepak Sahni. But it's been complete silence ever since.

Even after all this being their fault, I'm the one suffering with all this and they don't seem to care at all.
