Havells: Regarding Recurring Problem In Cooler Within A Month Of Purchase

I purchased Havells Celia water cooler from a shop named MELODY HOUSE located in telibagh bazar, lucknow on 23rd March 2022 and after 5 days that is on 28th March 2022 the cooling of the water cooler stopped.

And i complained about the issue to Havells and they resolved the issue by sending an engineer on the very next day and engineer said the motor of the cooler was not working and now today on 16th April again the cooling of the water cooler stopped.

And it is again the same problem the motor of the water cooler has stopped working and this is just a pathetic experience being the customer. This experience of purchasing a product of Havells is just intolerable.

And i am seeking a remedy regarding this because they will now again send an engineer and again they will cause the unnecessary nuisance which is very irritating.
