I brought the wall fan 400 mm with remote in May 2021 and after 25 days that's breakdown. We complaint for this many times. Engineer came from your side two times they checked but never come back.
Your portal shows the complaint resolved but problem not resolved yet. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. We accept the services as the big brand name.
