I purchased Havells geyser on 25/10/2020, which is under warranty, since they have given warranty for 2 years. After installation, the geyser stopped working efficiently in January 2020.
Also, the outer part of geyser developed crack, which increased day by day and is about to break. I am writing this complaint after making several complaints to customer service number of Havells and sending multiple emails to their customer care id, for the last 16 months.
No resolution has been provided yet. Also, my complaints are rejected/getting closed automatically. When I call and tell them about this, they said it won't be cancelled this time and we will get it resolved. But no resolution!
Enclosed are purchase invoice, photo of damaged geyser and details about my complaints. I had even warned them by email, before registration of this complaint but no response received from their end.
The service engineer calls and says that he will visit, but he doesn't visit. This is routine since last one week. I am willing to file legal complaint against Havells and take legal action.
Kindly help me with this issue. Let me know the procedure and how can I get my issue resolved as per government law.
