I was purchased Lloyd 8kg top load fully automatic washing machine last year. But recently last month i am facing some issues with my washing machine from August 2021. I complaint many times to customer care and logged complaints. First they sent technician at my home and he is unable to fix my washing machine problem again.
I logged a complaint and again he sent a technician to resolve the problem but he's also unable to fix the problem. but from till date one month is over I am continuously complaint but till that I am not received any service from havells company. From few days after my complaint the nearest service centre sent me a message.
That one of our technician will attend you and they sent their details on this details i called the technician but they refused to came and resolve the problem. I again and again call to customer care. After that i received a call from nearest service centre and they request me to do not logged any complain.
Because they are unable to resolve for fix my problem. So sir it's my humble request to you please to take necessary action as soon as possible.
