I Booked Refundable Flight From Happy Easy By Paying Extra Money As It Was Refundable. I Have Cancelled Flight On Jan 13 And It Is 15th March Now And Still I Did Not Received My Money Back.

They Also Charged 5000 Approx For Cancellation Fees. I Tried Mailing And Calling Many Times But I Am Only Receiving Same Answer To Wait More. I Have Confirmed With Airlines Also And They Have Refunded Money To Happy Easy Go On January Itself.

I Feel I Am Cheated With This Fraudsters And I Checked Multiple Forums And Looks Like Many People Like Me Got Cheated. Please Help Me. Happy Easy Go Order Id - Order ID: [Protected]

Everytime i call the customer care they always said that it is in process and refunded in week. This is third week now i am listening the same. I think they are getting training to answer same everytime and even i emailed multiple times and getting same answer.

They are not even bothered to give any notification in queries i have submitted multiple times in their applications. Airlines has confirmed that money got transferred in their account on January itself and it is still not transferring my money back it means they are lying and doing scam.

I think it should get highlighted. I have added Order id with them in this same description.
