Full Refund Not Processed Even In 4 Months

Rs. 3000 was deducted although the flight was cancelled by the airline. When i spoke to the airline and got the money refunded, happyeasygo is not processing my refund. It has been 4 months now.
I have already called the customer care several times and mailed them too. There seems to be no escalation of the issue.
