Not Refunding My Money Even After 3 Months; HappyEasyGo.com

I had booked and cancelled my ticket in the the month of September. After multiple contacts with them and over Twitter they are not responding.
They told after 90 days u will get your refund but still I have not got.
I also called them multiple times but after the query they are just putting on hold and disconnecting the call. It has been over more than 3 months now that I have not got my refund.
Please help me to solve this issue.
