My flight got rescheduled by the Airline and so they offered full refund, I have cancelled the ticket and when I asked for refund HappyEasyGo simply told that it will take 10-15 working day,
Its now close to two months now but no refund processed to my account, I have followed up multiple times but in vain. They are simply apologizing and simply delaying the matter, every time they are just repeating the same old thing that they will refund but not giving any ETA on this.
I have given the Order ID so they can check without any delay and further mail chain. Order ID: [Protected].
