HAPPY EASY GO Not Refunding The Money Against The Cancelled Tickets; HappyEasyGo.com

Sir I have booked a flight ticket indigo from Delhi to leh using the application HAPPY EASY GO with two passengers Delhi to Leh PNR NO CHB5WV on 28 SEPT 2021 after that due to some reasons I had to cancel it on 4 OCT 2021.
Then I thought I will get refund in some time but I didn't get.so I started calling to them but my issue was not solved. After that I kept on calling them nearly 20 times but Every time they didn't care,
They just say it's ok your request will be processed in one or two weeks, wait more for one or two week but another week they had same story. It's been over six months but they didn't refunded my money.
They have very poor feedback by the users initially I didn't noticed but later on I felt that. They do it with everybody. They consume the Money of all travelers and never refund them.
I am a student sir so that sum of money 8600 means a lot to me as I have a urgent need of money. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue so that things may run fair and smooth.
