Air Ticket Refund Amount Not Credited Since Last 4 Months

Happy Easy Go -E ticket order no. [Protected]. I've booked flight tickets from the Happy Easy Go mobile app for CCU TO PNQ And PNQ TO CCU during the month of Aug 2021. The Go First flight G8-394.
PNQ to CCU on 1st Sept 2021 was cancelled by the airlines and the amount was credited to Happy Easy Go account. But although after several reminder since last 4months Happy Easy Go has not refunded the amount to my account.
Whenever I called them they replied it is processing.
