I had placed a prepaid order for items on 30 march and till date haven't received anything. Their customer support doesn't pick calls and their insta dm gave wrong tracking id for which no shipment is picked yet.

Now they aren't responding anywhere and even the email they have given bounces and emails are not sent. There is no communication, customer support, product or refund and this company has lied constantly.

If ever by mistake a call was picked they just lied and never issued any refund. Order placed on 30 march 2022 for more than 2000 rupees paid in advance and on their website it shows max shipping time 20 days and today I am writing this more than a month after and neither have I received any product or my money.

These people frustrate a person mentally so much with constant lie and then no reply at all. I mean I don't understand how their social media is still going on as they are constantly defrauding people like me on an everyday basis of their hard earned money and then they show no remorse over cheating people like this.

It is simply put robbery in daylight and it needs to be stopped and a stern action needs to be taken against them for their cheating and theft from people.
