i have placed an order of 5things on 16th of august and after one an a half month i received my order id with the hope that finally i am receiving the orders but after receiving the order it was a small package after opening it was just only 3items thats it is this the way they serve their customer and how tanya dont know all this problems are going on with her business obvisuly i think she knows all this things....

I Ordered From This Website So Called HandMadeLovebyTanya.Com After The Order They Said It Takes 21 Days For Product To Be Delivered. Their Customer Support Is Miserable And They Keep On Seen And Ignoring Your Messages After Sales.

It Took 1 Months 5 Days For The Product To Be Delivered And Guess What They Delivered Only 1 Item Whereas I Ordered 3. After Sending Unboxing Video As Proof They Again Ignored My Message. FOR THOSE THINKING OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE BEWARE THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS/ SCAMS AND WON'T RESPOND TO YOU....

It took almost 30 days to get delivered within country, These people never picks up call, And when pick up, they start to mention about their company policy of 21 days delivery timeline, seriously in the era of fast pace life, how can someone take 30 days to deliver your products, it's seems like they take your money into bank, earn monthly interest out it and then deliver the product....

I have ordered 2000 rupees worth of cloths from that site almost over a month ago beacuse conveniently cash om delivery was not working they never respond to calls and when you text them they leave you on seen they are just scamming people and taking advantage....

My husband ordered from them but never received anything after 23 days. I called them many time and sent msgs but never get any replies than I drop comment on their pages about them and got call from Sumit which asked me to delete comment and I demanded my order. So, he shared his no [Protected]. I have to take follow up for days and call him many time and rate them on Amazon on instagram, drop comment on handmadelove and tanyamittal page ceo of this fraud brand.

But they are big frod, please do something against them. Dear all you call to Sumit on this no [Protected], just call him multiple time with multiple no so he will get their lesson. I am already doing the same. Just give them rating to all over places such as Amazon, youtube, facebook and instagram. So, someone will take action....

I ordered 2 products in sale, a vanilla suit and scrunchy. after a lot of follow up i got the products after one month. But the suit was defective. the suit had a red colored print on it. so i opted for exchange. Then another product was again a defective piece, where they just joined extra fabric to align it with suits length. They said that since i have opted for exchange once, they cant do it again but They will issue a return, and when the return will be picked up from me.

They will dispatch the new product, but its been a month, now they are not picking the call, i have been calling on all the 3 numbers provided, but no one picks the call, and they kept on saying that the order is delivered, but i got no mail regarding new order, no call from delivery agent. no nothing.

All they have been doing is lieng. Even the order details are absent from the account that I made on their site.Will share the screenshots, if there is an image attach option.Vanilla suit is originally for 1500, but i got it on discount for 1000 rs with scrunchy of 342 Rs. I have the scrunchy but not the suit. Please either help me get refund from them, or the suit....

Similar problem. They are not refunding, or replying to queries, or even delivering the order. It has been a month. I’m issuing a formal complaint in Delhi police for the same....

I ordered fantasy combo with footscuffs satin and tickler. They sent only one satin instead of pairing, and when i complained about thru whatsapp they told that it comes with only one.

I told them and take screenshot of the product description that nothing is mentioned about that.but after minutes they updated in website that the product description "for each" price is 199!!

This the way they are making customers fool. One thing more. These satins are of very cheap quality!! Really. Not expected this much in that much amount ! First purchase gone wrong !!...

I have ordered many stuffs from this site br M chasing since 6th April they are giving proper answer the product which I purchased is mostly is off 6 7 k...

I had opted to order multiple products over Handmadelove by Tanya through their website. Since before placing the order I could speak to customer care about the delivery duration, i believed they were authentic and genuine.

But my experience post order was completely opposite. They turned out to be a fraud company looting me for 1580 rs. Which i had to pay in advance. I had received payment confirmation, but no communication later.

Also they do not respond on any customer care helplines/whatsapp chat/insta dm. They had once answered the call in customer care and updates me that raw material wasn't available, so order hasn't been dispatched yet.

This was 2 weeks back. They had updated me that I will receive tracking details post my order is dispatched. I haven't received any communication yet, it means order hasn't been dispatched yet.

I also tried to alert consumers over their Instagram home page but they made sure to delete my comment and didn't make even a single attempt to resolve my complaint.

I am helpless as a customer. I am not sure who can help me in this. I have also tried multiple times over their customer care, but somehow no body answers....
