I have invested in axis mutual funds and I did redeem the funds on 13 of jan the funds weren’t credited to my account notice that they used incorrect IFSC code and meantime my mum is very sick and has been hospitalised I needed my funds for further treatment hence when to the company to explain my situation they informed that they will rectify the issue and credit it to my account again they are saying the bankers isn’t acceptable my funds I asked for reason they didn’t have a reason since coz of their delay I’m paying the hospital as I’m unable to discharge my mother please help
