I applied for personal loan from GOWANI FINANCE Ltd. I paid processing fees 3500/-. Upon loan approval, i was asked to pay 10500/- as security deposit. On my request they agree to pay 50% in advance & balance 50% after loan disbursement. I paid 5250/- & signed loan agreement on 17th May 2022.

I was told within 2 hours u will get loan in yr account. But i didn't get credit. Instead i was asked to pay 5250/- in advance which was agreed to be paid after loan disbursal. That was 1st shock. But now i was trapped.

I had to pay on 18/5/22. But till date i didn't get loan amount. Yesterday i was asked to pay 2% of loan amount to account guy Mr. Kapil Mobil number [Protected]. i realised they have trapped me.

I had to agree but i said i will pay u after loan is dispersed. But Mr Kapil Sharma insisted for advance & he told me clearly if u don't pay, u will not get loan money. I was told to cancel loan if u don't want to pay.

That means I might lose 15000 i paid as processing & security deposit. He also gave me option to make payment in company account from there he will get money. That means top management is also involved.

Even after completing & paying all charges & signing agreement by me and Gowani Finance Limited, i am not getting loan. My complaint is against Mr Kapil for bribe & forgery in particular and Gowani Finance Limited for not crediting loan amount.
