I had opted services of gomechanic and they had cheated me. When they took my vehicle, their representative called me that along with services their are some parts which needs to be replaced and all the parts will be Honda genuine parts. When they delivered my vehicle , same was not properly service.
When i inquired for the confirmation they send me mail that we are arranging service again. Also when i asked them to provide confirmation regarding genuine parts replacement, its almost 15 days passed away but till now they haven't given the confirmation that clearly states that they are cheating public.
I am going to file complaint against this company. Even they had mentioned the wrong vehicle number in bill. I want to take strict action against this company. I am sure they are cheating the public by not doing proper services and replacing duplicate parts. I am chasing them from past 15 days that provide confirmation that you had replaced original parts but they are not confirming the same.
They are mentally torturing me. Since they are not responding, it clearly shows that they had cheated me by not doing any activity in my car and either not replacing the parts or replacing with duplicate one. They are fraud. In-fact i had contacted their founder on mail, they are also not responding.

I have given my car to GoMechanic for denting and paiting as per application 2.4k per panel with coupon 1.95k paid and I got call from GoMechanic service person. I asked that is it possible to do second door for 2.5 as there will be very less scratches and he accepted for 3k. After completing he is 5+ k and mentioning that I was telling about one panel only for 3.2k not.. Escalation Ticket ID: E[Protected]They dint released our car until they get the money and telling that if I keep the car to them I need to pay parking charges
Reply Gomechanic - one of the worst agents i have ever seen, i have booked for clutch replacement and they promised for genuine parts replacement and billed Rs.32,000 and when i asked for the details they came back saying altogether a different bill. Service is really pathetic and i would never recommend this people to anyone in Bangalore
I took my car first time to GoMechanics in chennai, 24th March 2022. The mechanic did not know the basics and he did not even touch my brake pad and he said we have to replace calipers costing Rs.10,000. I withdraw from them and tried to find solution in Youtube. It was very simple to resolve any caliper or even piston issue of the brakes. I tried doing it myself at home, when I removed my wheel I found it was the broken brake pad which was the cause for the noise. I replaced it myself with the new bosch brake pads. Viola, it was solved. I still took it to a local mechanic to check my work done correctly. They said it was fixed right an no other issues in the caliper or the piston. GoMechanics did not test drive my car, but the car analyses review was provided in PDF. Good telephone presentation, app development, assigning a service engineer, uniformed staff, does not matter if their service is gimmick. Please be aware, I dont see any negative reviews in the web, except here.
WE CAME TO HEAR CIRCUMSTANCE OF YOUR BAD BEHAVIOUR,ON 15TH MARCH'2022 I WAS BOOKED AN SERVICE FOR REPLACEMENT ON MY TATA NANO FROMSHOCKER ABSORBER.IN APPLICATION THE MAXIMUM TIMELINE WAS SHOWING 6HOURS FOR THE SERVICE, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY UPDATE MORE THAN TILL 28HOURS. AFTER APPROACHING SERVICE BUDDY MULTIPLE TIMES.
I echo what the complaints said about.. the worst ever experience I got going by goMechanic. I did mistake by going with them. Please for god sake never ever go with goMechanic. Their partner car service center doesn't know anything about the car. Very dissatisfied with the service. If you go by the reviews in goMechanic in google, you will also be fool like me. Trust me.
Absolutely unprofessional, they are just local garages affiliated to Go mechanic brand. Once you leave the car for servicing, they partially complete the job, so that they can retain the car. It's been 1 month and Iam still waiting for my car.
Dont be surprised if you are not able to leave a negative feedback any where..Google,Sulekha,Nice local,Just Dial…connected everywhere to continue their 24/7 Robbery at the cost of innocent customers and uneducated local mechanic
They dont even deserve zero rating Just taking advantage of the uneducated garage network who are not able to take care of their online business. The bubble will burst very soos
They are cheaters..beware and pying heavily to google to cheat other business owners…try putting a negative review for them on google…all their location will have a average of 4plus rating..you cannot edit or put a negative review.90% of all address are fake and roadside mechanic
