I had Booked the Flight Ticket on Flipkart Travel on 20/03/2020. Till now I had not received the Refund for the Ticket. The Booking ID is FF[Protected]for the Travel Date ( 30/03/2021 ) Announced as Curfew in India. But Flipkart not followed the Government Instructions and Cancelled the Ticket and Shown as a Completed Trip.
After Several Times Called to the Flipkart they had Cancelled the ticket on 18/11/2020 and asked me to wait for Another 120 Days. Then Also I had Not received the Refund. Then I had making the Request for Refund they are extending the Days Every week till Today( 10/06/2021 ). The PNR Number is ZD3BE from Air India. The Amount of the Transaction is Rs. 3539/-. Like this How many Customers are affected?
They had initiated the Refund after 3 Days asking for alternate Account Number.
