I had booked a ticket using Flipkart Travels for Air India AI - 9714 | Economy, dated 3rd March for Chandigarh to Dharamshala. I cannot find my booking on the Air India website on Manage Booking page.
I want to check my booking details and see if there are any schedule updates.
There is no way I can do that. I tried contacting Flipkart, and they directed me to Airlines. I contacted Airlines customer service, but they did not help me either. They directed me back to Flipkart.
At least I should be able to find my updated booking details on the website. On seeking cancellation well in advance, they are charging cancellation amount you cannot believe or zero refund, even when I booked the ticket which was partially refundable.
It's not even easy to cancel or reschedule the tickets directly. You have to wait for them to call back. This is happening for the 2nd time. Last time, I had my airline schedule updated and Flipkart does not update its itinerary nor does it provide us any updated information.
It really seems they are looting money at no service and making us suffer in these hard times.
