I have Purchased smart watch in fireboltt website in fireboltt company invoice dated on 26th June '23, this is not properly working having display issue , and battery back up not up to the mark , without connecting the device it withstand 3 days only, Now Product is dead , I have approached Fireboltt customer care , but they asked to send the video not more than 20 MB, i sent too , but there is no reply from their end , I replied that dead device switch on video not useful to you, i have raised the complaint to fireboltt customer care too.
