I purchased a Smart watch from Flipkart Brand Fire Bolt Talk for Rs- 2999. The purchase was made on 10th Oct 21. It came with one year warranty. This watch worked good for two months only then it started giving white shade on screen edges on the right side.
Then after few days it stopped charging and not powering on. I then registered a complaint at Fire bot customer care they sent me an acknowledgement of my complaint by stating that they will reach out to me in 48 hours but that never happened.
I want them to replace it or refund my money. If you nee more information then let me know.

I was ordered legacy smartwatch from firebolt official site. But warranty doesn't claimed. Because in warranty form it's must . Otherwise all things are good except leather strap has missed from the box.
