I placed an order worth rs. 3499 from femi9byas on 11th January and they dint tell me they take too long to deliver, when I asked them for an update on 9th Feb, she got irritated by me asking for a timeline and cancelled my order without refunding my amount and told me to place an order from ready to ship articles. I was helpless as my money was stuck so placed an order again and spent 350 rs more (total INR 3850) yet after 20 days she is saying the order is not booked yet and not helping with an update on my order or any timeline by when it will be delivered.

I even sent them an email and have been asking them continuously on WhatsApp support and Instagram but that lady rather says I am harassing her when I ask for my order status. She cancelled my order without initiating the refund coz I misbehaved with her for following up on the order status. Fooling innocent people and looting their money in the name of business. Please stay away from such fraudulent sites.Even My husband reached out to them but they did not co-operate and kept saying that I misbehaved and traumatized them, can anyone believe that.
