It has been over two months and I still haven't received my order, one month ago they just replied to two of my mails out of the many where they said the order will be sent in 10-15 days.
Today around 1 month later I dm them on Instagram again where they didn't give a proper reply when they were adding stories and posting on their Instagram handle. they have even left me on seen once, only had a proper conversation once with them and they send the same copied message everytime and use this pandemic as their excuse of delaying even when couriers are working all over india.
