I ordered a package worth Rs. 2105 on the 12th of Feb, 2021 but haven't received my package until now. I have contacted them through emails but got no positive response in return.
I also tried to contact them on their Instagram handle through Direct Messages but it got zero replies back.

Reply Non delivery of clothes, order placed through chicfashion15 online site
I placed an order through chicfashion15 onlinesite ,clothes for my children on aug 5th and paid full amount, order no. is 310295. At the time of placing the order they had informed us that due to covid it may take 10 to 25 days for delivery. After 25 days though we tried to contact them ,no response from them.Till this day we neither got the consignment nor amount refunded. Chicfashion15 is a fraud and cheating online site. They try to attract customers by offering huge discount. I request all that do not buy anything from this site.
