Excitel Broadband: Security Deposit Refund not Received even after 3 months

I have submitted their device (Router/ONU) on 16th July to which they confirmed they received the device in good condition on 17th July, 2022. And on 16th August, I received a sms message notification stating a refund of 2000 rs was credited to my account. But, the refund was not credited to my bank account but rather to their own Local Service Provider portal. Since then, I have been following up with them for my refund but every time I contact them they told me to wait for 10 to 15 days on repeated basis.

This has been going on from August 19th, 2022 till today, 14th November, 2022. But today too, when I contacted them (talk to a supervisor), they told me the same statement again, to wait for 10 to 15 days. And when I request them to resolve the issue today and not let me wait for more days, they simply cut the call (reasons being technical issues),

what a joke? How much patience do one need to have to get a refund from Excitel? This is simply fraud. I am so frustrated and disappointed that I used Excitel in the first place. Never ever going to recommend Excitel to anyone again.
