I bought an annual wifi plan with Excitel in July 2022, which included OTT plans as an offer. However, since the beginning of the plan, I have faced numerous technical issues that have prevented me from using your service properly. I have registered many complaints with your customer service, but none of them have been resolved satisfactorily. Instead, I have received false promises and misleading information from your representatives.
When I tried to get a refund for the unused period of the plan, I was told that I would get an extension of 9 days in the current plan. However, this was not honored by excitel, and I continued to face network issues during that period. Due to the poor connectivity, I faced the warning of job loss and was penalized by my company for not being able to work online. This has caused me a lot of mental stress and financial loss.
Moreover, I did not receive the OTT plans that were promised to me when I bought the new connection. This is a clear case of fraudulent and unethical behavior by your company.
I am very disappointed and angry with their service, and I demand a full refund for the annual plan that I paid for. I also request compensation for the damages that I have suffered due to your negligence and breach of contract.
