Excite Didn't refund my 2000 security deposit

SOUTH DELHI, Delhi, India
I have disconnected my excitel connection in the month of Nov 2022. And they have collected my Router. But I have never got me 2000 Rs security amount. Contacted Customer service multiple time but I think they are not going to give my refund. Excitel is a fraud company. Never trust them.
