This is regards with merchant named excite who took money and did not deliver service. It's been an year i am fighting over this and the customer service department hang up my call without giving any help.
I was given a 3 month plan. My services stopped after 7 days they told me to shift my plan to new location but did not do so and latter told me plan has lapsed. I paid 2259.70 for 3 months.
They are not helpful I tried to reach out consumer help they were not helpful they said merchant has informed that I am satisfied with resolution which is false. My customer id 1839MadeehaSF.
I am writing to inform about the dis-satisfactory service i have received from your company. I was mislead a by your the vendor who claimed that the charge is refundable and transferable if the service broke out.
I got my connection fixed on 07/04/02 for 2259.70 rupees and it was a 3months planned and after 7days days there was an issue with the router and have ticket number for the same too.
Latter i called back to see that whether my connection could be transferred or not i was advised that i can purchase a new plan altogether and the reminder days will be added to my new plan.
I was told that the connection is available in the place whereby i wanted it to be transferred. Everything was going smooth and i agreed upon the advises offered to me latter that i will buy a new connection and remainder day i.e.83 days will be added to it.
I learned that the connection is not available to the place i wanted to relocate. your customer service associate mislead me then latter told they will put in a stop till the time my transfer process is taking place.
Which was a lie my services were being lapsed. Since there was no connection available an agent promised me a refund. When i called back to see about refund i was told refund is not allowed so i was duped in for services I never received.
Also to add insult to injury every time i call your customer agent refused to transfer my call to manager and hung up my call upon insisting. I was also promised a call back which i never received.
And also the tickets gets automatically closed on excitel app without my consent mentioning they resolved it which they never did. I am not at all happy with service.
