We changed the water purifier full kit 2.5 months back and it is found that membrane that they installed was damaged or was not set up correctly due to which it got damaged with time. Membrane is still under warranty but they are refusing to replace it and asking for money. Euro H2O Solutions is truly a fraud company. They have even changed their name as when we called the lady on helpline number.

She did not know the company name whom she was representing or was scared to confirm the name due to the bad reputation. She was not apologetic instead started talking rudely later. There is no GSTIN and other details on the bill, neither the lady is ready to provide now.
