They are fooling the customers in the name of AMC. Initially they told that they will replace the kit in 6 months under AMC and 4 service visits because one kit costs 4200/- and in 1 year 2 kits need to be replaced every 6 months, so cost will be 8400/- and if we take AMC for 1 year, both kits will be covered in AMC amount of 6500/- but after first time kit replacement, within 2-3 days, the membrane got faulty and again they asked for money. I did not pay because that was there fault. Why membrane got faulty in 2-3 days when new kit was installed. After that, in every few days, some or the other problem was coming in my RO. I used to ask them for visit but they were asking for charge every time but I did not pay because these visits had to be done due to their technicians' poor workmanship. Before taking AMC from them, there was no problem for last more than 1 year.

After 6 months they refused to replace the kit as agreed during AMC. They are telling that they have replaced the faulty components but those faulty components were in use from last one year and no problem was their. Only after replacement of kit and taking AMC why these problems started, that too, every 2-3 days or weekly basis. One of the technician, even told that the motor is also faulty and asked price for replacement in starting days of AMC but I did not agree with him and it is still working from last 1 year after taking AMC. So, they are every time fooling their customers. Kindly take strict action against this company and ask them to either replace the kit or refund the corresponding amount.
