I have purchased a JBL Bluetooth Speaker GO3 from Electroqastore/ Rudrafab on 12th March22 by Rs 2238.28 and payment has been made online through RAZORPAY. But No Order ID or confirmation text message has been received so far. Please ensure the delivery. I have paid in full but it is surprisingly noticed that even communicate no has not been given.
If it's not possible to execute the order please arrange to refund the money. The deal made for the product, three parties are involved i.e Electroqastore, Rudrafab and Rozarpar.It is not confirmed which company is responsible for delivery the product. Please provide at least a contact no or track ID so that I can find out the status of my order. Thank you
