We ordered Sony audio video receiver,order number #1291, payment made successfully for RUDRAFAB through RAZORPAY Whose payment I'd is J7e0XtCkXytvDr BUT after that no information about shipping or delevery, feeling like fake , AMOUNT PAID RS 22,416.43
Kindly take necessary steps to refund the amount.
Actually we send messages to given email id
[PROTECTED]@gmail.com.
No answer regarding the product, shipping or delivery from the merchant And i called many more times to the given mobile number, nobody.
Is responding,i felt cheated,we are planning to submit complaint to take legal action against them.
This is purely fraudulent.
