Refund Regarding PNR-HN8NND Of Flight Ticket In IndiGo

I booked the flight on 16 Sep by paying Rs 13702. But I have rescheduled on 9 Sep by paying Rs 5398. But due to medical emergency I couldn't aboard the flight and cancelled the flight through airlines and they agreed for full refund.
But they are telling that they have received a amount of Rs 14200 from agency in which they deducting penalties of Rs 5000 and refunded the amount of Rs 9236 to EaseMyTrip.
But EaseMyTrip agency given me a mail of Rs 12104 will be refunded. One day after they are telling due to technical glitches they will provide me only Rs 6706.
