Payment not refunded against cancellation

Dear Sir,
I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Vancouver and return from Vancouver to Delhi having Ticket reference no EMT [Protected]. The return flight was for Canada Air line on 22 December 2022. The flight has been cancelled by the Air lines. On request of you, I have claimed a refund because the flight has been cancelled by the Air line on 24.12.2022.
In spite of several requests on Toll free no of easemy trip the status of refund status has not been updated. I have talked to Canada air line and they told that refund has not been claimed by you agent easemy trip. It is requested to look after my claim and provide the status regarding the process of refund claimed by the ease of my trip to Canada Air lines through email.
