In Ease my trip website we booked the ticket from DELHI to CHICAGO Via LONDON(DELHI-LONDON-CHICAGO) on 11th AUG2021.Due to covid-19 restrictions In Delhi Airport British air lines denied for boarding at the time of boarding and British Air line cancelled the tickets immediately.
Immediately we inform to Ease my trip.Ease my trip is doing that Passenger is missed the flight and cancelled the ticket and they are not giving the refund.In ticket it self it is written refundable.
