I tried booking round trip flight ticket from Bangalore to raipur on 01st August 2021, and booking transaction failed...amount of rs 17834 was deducted-from my account and credited to easemytrip.

I have called multiple.times and sent mail but did not receive my refund yet. They have been telling me that they will send refund but not initiating refund.
