Groceries Are Not Given In Packaging Covers

On 3 Jan went to regular monthly grocery from DMART Ramachandran puram hyderabad. Purchased 7 cooking oil pack and ask to give in carton box or in plastic packaging bag.
Reason due to avoiding leakage of oil and other groceries may spoil. but ground Manger has not responded and saying its not in sop of dmart. ask to pay charges for bag.
I requested to consumer court monitor all malls which charges unnecessary items specially liquid which may be get leakage.
