We purchased Pigeon Gas Stove from DMart Cerebrum, Kalyani Nagar, Pune-411014 on 19th July 2022. Copy of invoice and warranty card enclosed.

Incident Date: 1st August 2022:

We find that its left knob is stuck. It is not opening. With great effort, if it is opened, it does not close. It has become too risky to operate.

We tried to customer care of Stovekraft on 0[Protected]and also [Protected]. Not getting any response. Both lines are dead. Email written to its customer care id also has not resolved the problem.
