I ordered few general items at dhani store app and paid bill 8n advance but after 15 days still app is showing that delivery will be in next 5 days and daily one day added in that time.

I ordered on 16 sep 22 and today it's 29 sep 22 but still company saying that your parcel has been dispatched and not giving me AWB number.

On other hand company showing that 1 product out off 4 is delivered on 21 sep 22 but that is also not received and i made complaint same day then got reply today that as per our records u have received item and it's 72 hrs passed from delivery date so we will not take any action in this matter.

I asked company customer care to cancel my order and refund my money then company says we can cancel order u can refuse when received I checked Google Play Store rating and after reading that I was shocked number of complaints are there against company regarding delivery and product quality and refund but no action from company side just send mail or reply to client on their complaint only that we r doing best but unfortunately doing nothing.

I calculated that if company take such fake orders from clients and use that money for 15 days to one month without any interest on that then surely company will gain benefits. Surprisingly hats off to such cheaters.

I request to respective authority to check authenticity of such online store running in country cause this is clear case of illegal money rotation and online fraud.
I want to complaint against all such fake app and company which r doing such illegal business practices.
