Amount Not Refunded And For Next Due Payment

Shoes ordered on 10.08.2022 but delivery boy not contacted me and shoes returned to their store on 29.08.2022, Now I have made complaint for not received my paid amount of Rs 268.
And due payment for Rs. 268 next installment.
Today is 23.09.2022 almost 3 weeks have elapsed but no action have been taken by the company regarding my payment and next installment due.
Next installment due also affects my credit score.
Kindly take proper action against the company for the not refund the amount and repayment due.
