Misbehavior of delhivery executive

First of all I ordered a tv from Amazon which was shipped by delhivery on the day of delivery the delhivery executive hasn't came and sent the private auto rickshaw driver to deliver the parcel when I called the executive he started abusing and talking in very rude manner.And hasn't delivered my parcel.
