I took delhivery's service to send my original health insurance claim documents to my insurer TPA on the 15th july and the promised delivery date was 17th. It was from Bangalore to Bangalore.

(10 kms) and it has been 6 days now - they dont have it delivered. The app status for EDD just keeps moving to 1 day after everyday. The last day of submission was 20th for me and I had reached out to delivery to return back the courier to me and they still haven't. I even sent multiple requests on their portal and also through twitter but no response.

One page in the app says delivered and other page says it is in transit and there is no customer service number. I would be losing an amount of 2,02,209 now that the submission window is closed and the claim papers are nowhere to be tracker.

This is mental harassment and I need some real help in getting this resolved. Delhivery cannot misplace my original claim papers like this. I am already not keeping well and I cannot deal with this additional stress of losing 2 lakhs of money and time.
