Blocking Of Ticket Under IRCTC Web Site; Confirmtkt.com

I have used confirm ticket app to book ticket , but to my surprise they are charging huge from customer even they are blocking the use of IRCTC web site during payment, this is a crime of independence to use the IRCTC site.
The owner of confirm ticket might have networking with IRCTC as they have block my usage of IRCTC account, this may be nexus, so I am complaining against IRCTC and Confirm ticket both.
The problem might be faced by many and they have not registered any complain but for me its a grave crime if you are stoop to use government site.
