Yes city mall app is biggest fraud app. one relative in New Delhi is cheated in the same way. Delivery boy taken full amount and told to submit the request of missing item and company will delivery later this item. they didn't got the cheating in his behaviour that time and believed on the delivery boy. but after that they found that no customer support of phone number are there for the help. after submitting request they denied to return or refund. This app should be banned in India as they are cheating a lot of people.
