I ordered for Davidoff coffee and chose cod as payment mode..they charge Rs 150 extra for delivery..received my order after four days . The carton looked like it would contain the long Davidoff bottle and without any doubt I paid the said amount of Rs 545/-. On opening I found it contained Zazio mixed fruit jam 340g which is not worth Rs 400..their customer care no. is not reachable and mail id is also invalid as my complaint mail was undelivered. Reading similar complaints here makes me believe this is intentional and it's their regular practice. I am here only after I have been cheated and I am sure it's the same with others. I don't think anyone comes here before ordering from Choco town. Not sure how putting up a complaint here will help.
