I have ordered Cadbury giant buttons and they accepted the ordered , in fact they charged me a hefty fees for delivery. They are technically a fraud company and running this scam for quite some time and no action has been taken till now. I would request relevant agencies to take action and shutdown this fake company....

I ordered 2 packs of cheetos from choco town for the price Rs 950 and all they send me is a nutella of 750g this is a big fraud that they are running they are playing with the emotions of people their support mail is not available phone number shared is out of service I think they should be put in jail they are running this kind of fraud website and online store so openly and not scared of any punishment. they are playing with our emotion's this is not done.

I ordered for hersheys nuggets and lindt chocolates and this scammers sent me some barbecue sauce and davidoff espresso. The phone number given on the website is unavailable and also the mail id is a fake one. Now I see many complaints against this website and wonder what can one do to stop this. Please find a way to fix this and save people from such frauds. Probably the address on the website will be a fake one too. Anybody trying to purchase go through these complaints please....

I placed an order for four bottles of Nescafe Gold Blend Coffee (Imported) under order number #14127 via chocotown.in, opting for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as the payment method. Today, the courier delivery personnel arrived with a seemingly intact and sealed box. To our relief, my wife decided to inspect the contents before proceeding with the payment. Much to our dismay, we discovered that the coffee supplied was not the Nescafe Gold Blend Coffee (Imported) I had originally ordered, but rather the standard Nescafé Select Coffee.

It has come to my attention that chocotown.in may be employing deceitful tactics to attract customers. They entice potential buyers with deceptive product images and remarkably competitive prices, only to dispatch incorrect and inferior products.

In my efforts to address this issue, I made several attempts to contact their customer service, both through the phone number listed on their website and via email. Regrettably, all attempts proved futile, with the phone number consistently indicating that it had been disconnected.

Moreover, when I insisted on returning the opened box to the courier delivery person, he displayed a confrontational attitude, engaging in a heated argument. Ultimately, only the threat of involving law enforcement convinced him to depart.

I am compelled to issue a stern warning to potential shoppers: exercise utmost caution when considering any purchases from chocotown.in. It appears that this website is engaged in fraudulent practices, potentially defrauding unsuspecting customers with misleading product representations and subpar merchandise....

Had ordered Hersheys chocolates order no13439,on COD and on receipt of the parcel paid off the courier express bee .On opening it was found that it contained Davidoff coffee 200 gms .Their support phone no ans e mail are non existent. Their website needs to be banned from google....

I had ordered 5 nescafe extraforte coffee boxes. It was COD, so paid it when it got delivered. But to my surprise, when I opened the package sometime later, I saw 4 boxes of Davidoff coffee. Tried calling them, they are not reachable. Tried mailing them, mail didn't get deliver. Just saw online that there are so many complaints already. Seems no way to get the money back. Please don't order from this website....

I ordered 3 kinder joy eggs worth 240 for which i paid 350 rs and 150 rs for delivery. Still I received the parcel after 8 days. I ordered the eggs for my niece for his birthday as he was asking for it and i was not able to find but when I opened the box there was some mango sticks which I don’t know what is it.

The customer care number is also fraud and they are also not replying to my mails. I request to please take action against this fraud company so that other consumers are safe. I ordered a single item and it was just 500 rs but the many other consumers ordered worth thousands. U would recommend to not buy on such website....

i ordered a davidoff expresso 57 intense coffee through website of choco town which is located in andheri east mumbai and price was 400 and including delivery is was 490. but they send me nestle coffee mate which cost is 250 and i called them on their contact number mentioned in their website but that number does not exit and so i send them mail for wrong supply but mail is also doesn't exit, means its fraud company, they cheat people and i m going for a police complaint against them....
