This complaint is regarding the internet service provider Cherrinet. For the past more than a year we have raised several complaint on the speed and connectivity issues which is not getting resolved at all.
Monthly atleast 4 to 5 working days the issue prevails. We were not able to get them resolved and no support is given. Customer care number is not working most of the time and no complaints can also be raised to the service provider directly.
This is causing a serious issue on my professional work where now we are currently working from home. Lot of time delays in professional work front which is causing serious stress and mental agony. Also lot of time is wasted in this.
