Net not working was complaint given by me for my pondicherry connection. Customer care told that one Mohammad was assigned and he would immediately call me back. No one called up and I kept repeatedly calling customer care namely, mohan, Vijay, Stella Mary, Sam, Tirumurugan etc only to hear the repeated story of Mohamad would call. When I ask for escalation name or number customer care say they do not have those, or say they have left home.

Till now complaint is unresolved. Mohamad is still unknown??? Horrible service by cherrinet. Workers are bringing shame to the Management. If any responsible.person sees this immediate action solicited. Anyways want to scrap cherrinet connection and go for better alternate.
